We were in the process of relocating from D.C. to Pittsburgh and were put in contact with Cristina through a friend. Our initial search for a rental or house to purchase without a realtor wasn't very successful. After meeting Cristina we were very optimistic that she would be able to find the perfect house for us. Without knowing the neighborhoods, we relied heavily on her judgement and knowledge of the market. She met with us on a weekend and toured us around a variety of neighborhoods and homes, so that we could get a sense of what was available. A few weeks later, she notified us of a house that she thought we'd like and did a video tour since we were out of state. She did a great job picking a great neighborhood (Regent Square) and doing a thorough walk-thru so that we could get a sense of the street, exterior, and interior. We quickly put an offer in, site unseen, and since we were out of state she assisted with meeting the inspector and other contractors that needed to price up potential repairs. We can't say enough for how responsive, knowledgeable and helpful Cristina is.
In addition, we've purchased a number of properties in a variety of locations and with this experience we can say that Cristina is top-notch. We would recommend her to you and have already given her calls regarding investment properties. We will certainly call her when we are ready for our next home.

Cristina was absolutely outstanding throughout my entire home buying process.
As a first time buyer, she was extremely helpful in making sure I understood every step of the process. Whether it was our first discussion or closing day, I felt comfortable throughout because of Cristina’s help.
She also was awesome in our walkthroughs, pointing out things in each house that I wouldn’t have spotted otherwise, good or bad.
I ultimately ended up in the perfect house in my ideal location and I have Cristina to thank for it.
